Choosing Raw Materials For Production
When selecting raw materials for production, KATA uses high-grade PVC materials certified by SGS in Europe to ensure consumer safety. This material is ideal for premium car floor mats and also suitable for certain types of home carpets, especially in environments that require durability and easy maintenance.
Uploading The KATA Carpet Design File
Each set of carpets is individually and meticulously designed. Making 2D drawings on paper first and then is the whole design 3D-rendered on Auto Card.
Cutting The Carpet On The CNC Machine
After having the detailed design, KATA's skilled engineers conduct carpet cutting on CNC industrial cutting machines.
Binding Edges
KATA offers a wide range of versions from modern thermal hemming to classic parachutes. After completing, Carpets are tested for the last time.
Cleaning
After passing all the final inspection, finished carpet set will be attached with logo, and cleaned.
Packing
After cleaning, products are packed carefully for delivery to customers.
