KATA VINA operates a dedicated manufacturing facility equipped with advanced automatic and semi-automatic machinery imported from Germany, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. While our production line is optimized for high-precision automotive floor mats, our versatile technology also allows us to manufacture premium floor solutions for various applications, including high-end home interiors.

The 6,000 m² factory is structured into specialized zones for production, storage, and quality control to ensure stable output and consistent product quality that meets global export standards.

• Raw material inspection: 100% premium virgin PVC qualification.

• Material processing: Advanced sheet forming and texture engineering.

• Laminating: High-pressure multi-layer laminating for maximum durability.

• Precision cutting: CNC and vehicle-specific precision cutting for a perfect fit.

• Finishing: Manual edge finishing and specialized surface treatment.

• Quality Control: Final 100% inspection and export-standard packaging.

KATA products are exclusively manufactured using premium automotive-grade virgin PVC. By using 100% virgin materials, we ensure that every floor solution—from KataMats custom-fit car mats to high-end living space carpets—delivers superior durability, flexibility, and a refined, odor-free finish.
All materials are SGS compliant, non-toxic, and safe for both users and the environment. KATA VINA is certified under ISO 9001:2015.
